Toby’s is lucky to get these export oysters directly from the owner himself Mr Callum McCallum who will be speaking at our Oyster Day explaining his oyster business. When landed, Clevedon Coast Oysters are carefully selected to ensure they meet or exceed export specifications before distributing them to locations all over the world. The growing waters are approved under the United States Food and Drug Administration standards and the New Zealand and USA Government's National Shellfish Sanitation Programme.
The commitment at Clevedon Coast is to ensure a completely natural oyster is a long term philosophy, which is gaining recognition as there is growing consumer concern with genetically modified foods and unsafe growing practices. Clevedon Coast Oysters take great pride in being recognised as an international leader in the production of natural oysters.
Also at Clevedon Coast they are well aware that natural oysters are a source of health promoting minerals, including iodine, Zinc and essential amino acids.
We will be serving them 4 different ways:

2. Kilpatrick
3. Bloody Mary Shooter
4. Beer Battered
